Application process

Because it is important to us to make the application process as transparent as possible for candidates, we have listed the key milestones for inclusion in the Frauenthal family, so you always know which step comes next.

Our positive experience with the multi-stage application process has convinced us that it's a vital building block for long term collaboration, allowing both the applicant and the company to form a realistic picture of each other.

  1. Confirmation of receipt for your application.
  2. First contact with the applicant (general queries about application, scheduling a job interview or phone interview if necessary).
  3. Get to know each other in the first job interview at our locations in Plettenberg or Roßwein (usually with an HR employee and the relevant department manager).
  4. Work shadowing (meet with future colleagues from the department and second interview, with a short presentation task if appropriate).
  5. Decision and contract handover.
  6. Start the induction process.
