We maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality, which accompanies our every step. By utilising material flow simulation techniques right at the start of the product development process chain, we create a robust foundation for subsequent component manufacture. The transfer of these product and process developments into production tools is carried out by well-known and proven CAD/CAM systems. Our in-house tooling capability guarantees that precision dies can be built directly into the forging unit without the intervention of individual manual work.

Our fully automatic production lines, controlled by the aforementioned part-dependent process model, achieve high-precision driveline components with tight weight tolerances for first-class, trouble-free engine installation. Subsequent weight control immediately following the deburring process enables integral, optimal monitoring and process control during component production. This uncompromising methodology assures the highest quality for every forging that leaves our plants. 

Our many years of experience in the development and production of driveline components has shown us that comprehensive expertise, state-of-the-art measuring machines and innovative measuring methods are essential process factors.
